1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 66winn platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 66winn Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 66winn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 66winn or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority.

66winn reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 66winn may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) 66winn account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 66winn account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 66winn immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

66winn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 66winn account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66winn Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your 66winn wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification requirement: 66winn may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 66winn account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

66winn reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

66winn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 66winn reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 66winn Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. The following rules govern gameplay:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer results and are final once confirmed by the system. 66winn will not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 66winn reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66winn Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 66winn staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your 66winn account on your behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66winn Platform — including but not limited to the 66winn brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66winn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 66winn.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 66winn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 66winn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10. Responsible Gaming

66winn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. In accordance with this commitment:

• The Platform is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years and above.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
